How we set up here
A hillside town with an open landscape to the south
Lebrija spreads over a low hill, with the old town climbing to the upper part and the newer areas stretching out towards the plain, among vineyards and farmland.
In the old part there are narrow streets, slopes and stretches where parking is impossible: we unload wherever we can and take the equipment up on trolleys, allowing for the gradient. In the lower part and the newer areas access is easy, with wide streets and room to manoeuvre. The festival grounds and municipal facilities allow large set-ups without the constraints of the old town.
Countryside, vineyards and estates
The municipality stretches south, with arable land, vineyards (Lebrija has a winemaking and mosto tradition) and, beyond, the marshes. Events at estates mean an access track, ground that needs checking and our own power. It is common to end up with a generator, and it is best to plan for one from the start rather than rely on a supply that turns out to be insufficient.
Distance is planned for
We are almost an hour from Seville, so the set-up is organised to keep trips to a minimum: equipment checked and loaded with spares, and arrival with time to spare. In summer the heat is an added factor, with shade for the control position and setting up outside the hottest hours of the day whenever possible.

What gets celebrated
Street festivities, flamenco singing and family celebrations
Lebrija is a land of flamenco and popular festivities, and that shows in the kind of set-ups we are asked for.
On the outdoor side there is the fair, the patron saint festivities, summer veladas and concerts at the festival grounds: a stage or platform, a sound system sized to the audience, monitoring for bands and lighting. When there is live cante (flamenco singing), the approach changes: carefully chosen microphones, well-placed monitors and a mix that respects the voice and the guitar instead of drowning them in volume.
Throughout the year there are family celebrations in halls and venues, events for brotherhoods and associations that need a clear PA system, and weddings and First Communion parties at estates and venues in the area, with zoned set-ups.

Frequently asked questions
Frequently asked questions in Lebrija
Will you come to Lebrija for a small rental?
It depends on the set-up and the day. For a simple system, travel makes up a large share of the total and we will tell you so clearly; for a medium or large set-up, it is not a problem.
We have a flamenco singer and a band. Do you bring everything?
Yes: an indoor or outdoor sound system, monitors, a mixing desk with enough channels and microphones. If the band sends a rider, we review it and tell you what we cover and what the band brings.
Can the system hold up for a whole night at the fair?
Yes, if it is properly sized. A system running at its limit all night protects itself and drops the level; that is why we prefer to choose equipment with headroom rather than push the smallest one that should, in theory, be enough.
Can you set up the day before?
Yes, and for distant set-ups it is often the most practical option. We need the space to be locked or supervised overnight.
Party or concert in Lebrija?
Tell us the venue, the audience size and whether there are live bands. We will prepare the complete set-up with power included.
