Plan your event in two minutes
Step 1 of 6
What are you celebrating?
Set-up complete
This is what we pass on to the technician
Check it and send it to us however suits you best. If you'd like to change anything, go back to any step using the bar at the top.
What is this?
A technician asking you what they would ask over the phone
When someone calls us for a quote, the conversation is always much the same: what you're celebrating, how many people, where, what will be playing and whether you need a stage. This event planner asks exactly those questions, in the same order, and gives you the answers in writing so nothing gets forgotten.
It isn't a price calculator and it won't throw an automatic figure at you. It's the technical sheet for your event: once it reaches us, we already know which equipment to set aside and can send you a firm quote without three rounds of emails.
How it works
Six steps and you're done
Your event
What you're celebrating and how many people you expect. Those two details alone rule out half the catalogue.
Where and when
Town, type of venue, date, times, power supply and access. This is where set-ups are won or lost.
Stage and structure
Whether you need a stage platform, how high and with which extras. If you don't need one, skip it.
Sound
What will be playing: speeches, DJ, live band, flamenco… Each one adds channels and microphones.
Lighting, video and effects
Lighting, screens, streaming and effects. All optional.
Your details
Name, phone number and email. Nothing else.
As you answer
We flag what is often overlooked
As you select options, the planner points out things worth bearing in mind for your particular case: that for an outdoor crowd of that size the right choice is a line array, that a live band needs stage monitors and a technician, that if there is no power you'll need a generator, or that a caseta (fair marquee) at the Seville April Fair (Feria de Abril) has a decibel limit.
These aren't generic messages: they depend on what you've answered. And each one links to the page where we explain it in detail.
Afterwards
What happens when you send it
| Step | What we do |
|---|---|
| It reaches our inbox | With the complete sheet, exactly as you saw it on screen. |
| A person reviews it | There's no automatic quote. It's checked by someone who has set up events just like yours. |
| We call you if anything is missing | If any detail significantly changes the set-up, we ask before quoting. |
| Firm quote | In writing, with the equipment itemised and everything charged separately, in under 24 working hours. |
| No obligation | Planning your event and requesting a quote commits you to nothing. |
Questions
Questions about the event planner
Do I need to register?
No. There's no account, no password and no email verification. The only personal details we ask for are your name, phone number and email, in the last step, and only so that we can reply to you.
Does it give me a price straight away?
No, and that's deliberate. In this industry an automatic price is almost always too low or too high, because it depends on the date, the venue and the hours. On our pricing page we explain exactly what pushes the cost up and down.
What if I don't know how to answer something?
Leave it blank or tick “I don't know”. Almost all questions are optional: we only need the type of event, the number of guests, the town, what will be playing and your contact details.
Is what I select saved?
Yes, in your own browser, so you can close it and come back without starting over. It doesn't leave your device until you press send in the last step, and you can clear it with the “Start over” button.
Can I send it via WhatsApp instead of email?
Yes. At the end you have both buttons, plus the option to print it or save it as a PDF in case you need to show it to someone else.
My event is in three days. Can I still use it?
You can, but in that case call us directly on 622 290 586. With so little notice, the phone is quicker than any form.
If you'd rather look first
You can browse the equipment first

Would you rather talk it through?
The planner is a shortcut, not an obligation. Give us a call and we'll sort it out in five minutes.
