What is usually added to the XDJ-AZ
The unit plays the music, but it does not make sound on its own. This is the equipment that completes a booth so the party works.
- Professional speakers for indoors or outdoors, sized to the audience and the space.
- Subwoofers to give the dance floor punch. If there is dancing, they are not really optional.
- Booth monitor, so the DJ mixes with a proper reference rather than whatever bounces back from the far end of the room.
- Wireless microphone for MCing, speeches and presentations.
- Lighting for ambience and dance-floor effects, with a smoke machine if you want the beams to show.
- Stage platforms and structures and the cabling needed for stage set-ups.
What to check beforehand
Three things: where the booth goes — never in front of the speakers — which socket it runs from, and whether the venue has a sound limiter or a cut-off time. Once that is sorted, the rest of the set-up is routine.

It comes with the basic cabling it needs to run. If you need a specific configuration — long cable runs, adaptors or particular connections to the venue's PA — we prepare it to suit the set-up.
Can I book it with a technician?
Yes, and it is recommended for medium and large events, outdoor events and set-ups with several elements. We take care of set-up, sound check and supervision during the event.
