Seville city and the whole province. These are the areas where we set up most often; if your town isn't on the list, just ask: we can almost always get there.
Seville city
City and districts
Within the city, travel is included. It's worth letting us know if there is a pedestrian zone, restricted loading and unloading, a lift or stairs: that changes the set-up time.
Metropolitan area
Aljarafe, Los Alcores and the south
The towns around Seville, less than half an hour from our warehouse.
Province
Districts and main towns of the province
Campiña, Vega, Sierra Sur and Bajo Guadalquivir. Here, travel is quoted separately.

How we calculate travel

| Multi-day set-ups | If the equipment stays for several days, transport is only charged once. |

My town isn't on the list. Will you still come?
Yes. The list shows the towns where we work most often, not a limit. Call us and we'll tell you the travel cost on the spot.
How far in advance do you arrive to set up?
It depends on the set-up. A simple system can be ready in an hour; a stage with sound and lighting may need half a day or to be set up the day before. We agree it in writing before the date.
Can you set up at venues without vehicle access?
Yes, but we need to know beforehand: it changes the number of crew needed for set-up and the time. Let us know if there are stairs, slopes, sand or if the equipment has to be carried across a site on foot.
And if there is no power supply?
We add a generator sized to the equipment's power consumption. We calculate it ourselves; you can see how it's done in our guide to generators for events.
Is your event outside Seville city?
Tell us the town and we'll give you the travel cost before you even ask about the rest.
